How can we hack a password by coding?

At the end of this code the user is asked to enter a password in order to obtain a badge. How the code knows whether the password is correct or not, is with a function which resides in this code. This function takes the user's input and checks to see if it's the same as the correct one which is in the code. Now if you can find this function in this code then you can find the correct answer and then you can use it as the correct answer when the code asks for it. If you can do all that then you've hacked my code.
