how to make a project by using any language?

Now, many people learn coding languages, and i one of them, and it is difficult to me, to start make something, make project. I need help!

You have to think about your goals and about what you don't know how to do it.
Then, try to do something easier, without thé things you don't know. For exemple :
If you want to code a virtual computer (yeah it's possible, the emulators are virtual computer !) but you don't know how to code the display, try to do a calculator !
