Can someone explain how to open a website with html

HTML is a language, you use it to make websites not open them. If I have a file on my computer called HelloWorld.html which contains the content <html> <body> <h1> Hello World! </body> </html> If I open this file using a web browser such as Chrome, the text "Hello World" will be displayed

you write the code in notepad then save the file using extention .html or .htm then that save file make icon your default browser like chorme etc then open that
