It still depends on how much you can absorb within 2-3 hours.

generally, html and css are the easiest to learn, so i would say about 3 weeks at max or so in my estimate to learn quite a bit, if not all. when you have a timeframe to do so, always practice coding little by little and move onto bigger projects! i did the same and i think i've improved a lot from my own last code since the one i created a week ago ^_^
