I think if you learnt html (fairly easy, it's just mostly words) then css should be fine, but without html, there's not much you can do with just css

Its pretty good but the spelling sometimes can mess me up as its using more american spelling e.g color in css is right using english british version colour wont work, it still trips me up every now and again.

Yes, but to make it easier, do html before css

yes, it is rather easy unless you code for different browsers especially ie. when it is getting harder developers use special code librares that makes their life better
