int counter = 0;
while (counter < 10)
{
cout << “counter: “ << counter;
}

You don`t have "counter" to increment and then your code will be infinite loop.

Correct Answer :
int counter = 0;
while (counter < 10)
{
cout << “counter: “ << counter;
counter++;
}
