Recommended python interpreter?

Question

Looking for a compatibility between online/offline 32 bit vista, puppy, 64 bit Windows 7, debian. I like to learn but I'm mostly off grid.

You can check this in www.python.org/download
you get software for different OS and different platforms too

In that check in bin subfolder after installation you'll get interpreter which is of the type showing as Application in Windows
I don't know about other OS's ...
