you need to find a server host, who gives you the host for pubbing on the web your html page, i use coffeecup, just search on google "coffeecup", you register, download the html editor (you should use it, it makes html/css/js programming easier), create a folder with the name you want ( ex. try ), add in the folder the html files, immages and gifs you've added in the html code, and than add anything on coffeecup
