Linking to Websites
Lets say I put a link to another website if a user wants more information on a topic. Now lets say the website is not associated with mine. Is it illegal to put the link in there and publish my website without consent of the website I put a link to?

Thats not illegal.....But actually the owner of that website will be happy because of you he will be getting more visiters
