Java Configuration

I just installed and followed the step given but when I tried to check in command prompt using "javac" command prompt replied "javac is not recognized as ... blah blah blah". I am just new at java programming any help will highly appreciated.

If you are new than use Eclipse ide. Use by professional also. If you download and install the jdk. This ide will compile your code as well as if you learn more and start creating GUI app. Than this is one of the best.
