To do a game wihout much coding is better to use such some game cretion programs like Game Maker studio,..Not the programming language´.

There is the same answer. You would be a very good programmer and very much coding, to do more effective game, than with special tool, like game studio..
You need to know, these very effective, famous games are developed with a large teams of prime developers for a many months, or even years..
