Cube heat map

Question

Hey guys, I have a challenge here. I have a set of data which represents different locations of the cube. Now I want to see the heat map based on the value at that location. Can someone help me in this.

Hi Rajeeb, thanks for your reply. I have already gone through the link you provided earlier. I don't want such complicated software for my purpose. Ours is a simple set of data and need a simple software or code that works in Html / Java/etc.
