hey huys I want to develop database for my site but i am a newbee to Database.Help me out with this

Adarsh Srivastava then you need a database, which can be a server in the internet or for development/testing I would recommend you to install xxamp. With phpmyadmin you can setup a database. to fill your website with the data (make it dynamic) you can then use php to create your HTML files.
note that you need a webserver (also included in xxamp) to run your php code.

Hey, i would recommend you the appache XXAMP software. It contains a webserver, database and more tools. For database creation you can use phpmyadmin which is included :)

Or do you want to programm your own? (I wouldn't recommend that)

its diffcult to judge your skills and expirences with the small amount of information given. but i guess you are able to build static website with html, css an js.

do you have any knowledge/expeirence in back-end development?
which tools do you (want) use?
are building from scratch or do you already have a website?
