How to create website? Anyone im newbie here

It's not like making a account on sololearn and boom you got your website, you have to learn at least HTML and CSS,

But if you want to create without​ learning anything

1. Purchase a domain from GoDaddy or name cheap

2. Purchase a web hosting from websites​ like blue host

3. Link both (domain and hosting)

4. Login to c penal & install a CMS like WordPress or Drupal or else

5 . And boom you got your website.

You just need a domain like www.thisisthedomain.com and an file named 'index.html'. Upload the file 'index.html' to your domain and it loads automatically when you open your website.

And then you can start building your website from the start.

If you're newbie I suppose you don't know HTML, so I would suggest starting with it and learning it well. Then learn CSS and JavaScript.
You can make a web page that only works in your PC, for testing, I wouldn't suggest paying a domain at first until you've made a web page (at least a first draft) that you can place on the web.
