Begin with (HTML5) , And you must be good at it ; because the HTML is the structure of any web page , then go to learn (CSS3) And finally (Java script) ..

You can develop yourself by learning another langs like (JQUERY) or (Bootstrap) But the more important three langs for you are : HTML5 , CSS3 , Java script ❤

First learn the basic of html,css but don't go in deep in them bcoz its never ending thing ,then learn javascript and bootstrap after this if you know python then go for django it become easier for you to make dynamic wevsite in that

Do you mean web developer? because web design is more related to applications like adobe photoshop. some web designers dont even need to know how to code!
