your certificate is present there and I can able to download that try again it's seems your network issue
If your certificate is not come or present in your download folder after clicking then you can take screenshot of the situation when you go towards printing/download the certificate and sent that too [e-mail] if there is any bug in regards with certificate download then it will fixed soon

I can see your certificate on your profile.
Click on your profile: Highlights -> 1 certificate.
If you don't see that maybe log out/log in helps.
