How does suggestions/ discover peers work and how does SoloLearn choose who comes up in that section
Is it random?
Is it based on languages you like?
Is it based on who you are following?
Is it based on who is following you?
Is IT BASED ON YOUR LOCATION?

I don't think it is difficult to understand. I think the question here is how does sololearn's recommender system work? A very good question that I ask often with apps such as Facebook, Hulu, Netflix, Pandora, etc.

But I will confess i am not experienced enough yet to have built one, or explain in too much depth yet how they function. I am hoping as I learn more Datascience I will be able to apply the logic needed to build one someday.
