I would say that you shouldnt stop coding, even if it is for a while you need to take a break, make sure you practice regularly to prevent you from forgetting what youve learnt, start up some projects and set a completion target, that will prepare you for other stuff, also try to learn more about your language, it helps, and dont forget tgat practice makes perfect, do know that the completion of the above is completely up to you, you can modify it so it works for you but just make sure you practice.
