If you want to make games than i suggest you start reading books on game development and to get comfortable with coding practice problem solving on websites such as codechef.

you cant expect to know how to program a game based on a 10 hour course in an app
maybe continue with a more advanced course or a youtube guidance to put your simple understanding in python to work and continue learning as you go
