I will try to create a school management project if anybody give me a tips for this and about the structure of the webpage

First determine what you want to build i mean you said school management it means it must be dynamic so you must have clear understanding of client, server technology and language related to them such as html,css, JS or any frameworks for front end and languages for backend such as php node...

And determine what you want to built if you said school management it seems straight forward but its not. So declare scope of project :
Will your project addresses every aspect of school ?
Or you want to focus only one area ?
I mean a school can contain different modules such as result processing, admission, library, billing, administration etc etc..
So what you want ?
You want to implement each and every area or you will focus with only one ?

So determine it and also determine roles of persons. if your requirement is clear you can focus on design. First check the design of websites built by others and try to learn how its organized and think the area where you can make it better than existing and sketch your concepts , it can be done manually on copy or using prototype tools and after sketch implement it with language. So structure will no be big deal if you have clear understanding of requirement. Good Luck!
