[solved] Is SL Discuss still open to non-question discussion topics?

Question

Can we still post discussion topics that are not questions in Sololearn Discuss tab (similar to those that are in the top of the "Popular" sorting)?
(I have not seen such stuff the last time or question relating to that, so I decided to ask)

It's pretty common even to these days, some get deleted promptly Thanks to the mods who are active. But some got away still.

As you may have noticed (I know you're active in Q&A), people just go ahead and post such thing anyways, even when they know and read the guidelines. I think it's not all that bad, depends on the topic and how the thread was composed though.

Ipang, I thought that I am not active in Q&A (at least in the last week, because I can answer 0 questions in a day), LOL.
And I only saw questions, "Hello" and repeating topics...
