First of all you would need to install the module, then you can import it. However and as the others have already noted it would be in vain on sololearn as GUI is not supported for Python.

A work-around could be to include Python in a web code, which at least works for turtle.

Run this code and read error description. Tkinter is not installed in Solo-Learn IDE so we cannot use tkinter
