What what are bits for and how do I use them?

I have a bunch of bits and the app keeps telling me that bits are very useful. I don’t know what bits are actually for or how to use them. What are bits for and how do I use them?

You can unlock code exercises with bits.
Course at end of lection, have some code problem to solve, some are free,some just for pro members, but for most you need bits to unlock it.
So you spend bits to practice language you are learning, by solving code problems, thats why bits are useful.
