SL profile is still messed up. No histories for codes or course progress.

Question

What is going on with SL profiles. I still cannot see my progress in various courses or any of the code(s) I have written. Does anyone else have this problem? Thankfully, the problem does not exist in the SL web app, just in the mobile app., which greatly diminishes the usability of the SL app. Has anyone tried any workarounds that work? Would you be so kind as to share them?

I have seen some people having this same issue. You should mail it to [e-mail]. Let them handle the issue.

Thanks. I tried that. I got what I considered to be a somewhat surly response, telling me of a workaround to see my code buts (which does not work by the way) but no apology for inconvenience and no indication of what caused the problem, why it is taking so long to fix, and whether they even have any intention of fixing it. SL used to be so good but now because of this it is really starting to suck. I will keep posting complaints all over the internet, telling people how much SoloLearn has started to suck and will keep doing so until SoloLearn gets off its ass and fixes the problem!! This is not what I pay a subscription for!!!!!!
