Cant access my certificate?

I am unable to access to claim certificate, Why?
I am cleared all my topics and quiz.

Hi Swapnil Prakash Saindane, when I check your profile, it has 1 course "in progress". I don't see any completed courses. Can you make sure that you go through the course and check that there aren't any green continue buttons left to click.
If you have any further problems with the certificate, email [e-mail] and show screenshots.

Check your email if you completed the course then you will get email from sololearn.

Do you have another account? I'm not seeing an Introduction to Python course as In Progress. I see Python Data Structures as In Progress.
You might have completed all the tasks but have you seen and answered every screen in every lesson?

So first complete all lessons,complete lessons code and then try to download certificate.

Swapnil Prakash Saindane maybe it's been a server issue since yesterday(I also suffered for a while). If you've completed all the tasks you'll gain your certificate now or a few times later. You can try to clear the cache of the app or it'll automatically be solved.

If the issue is not solved then you can contact Sololearn as Tนktนk💕 and Ausgrindtube said.
