I want to make a programm with commands in python???

Question

How can i make a programm that for examples i want to make a password generator.If user types -l -lo -lenght 3 the outpout must be something like this abg because -l means for using only letter -lo for lowercase and -lenght for lenght.My programm want to be like kali linux programms with commands.Thanks!
