The time that you feel fresh. It can be the early morning (best time to start your daily work freshly) or deep night (when everyone is sleeping and you get a soundfree environment).
Or the time is not the fact here.
When you feel to write code, write that code instantly. depending on your interest on it. and here you are damn care about time. ^_^
