I have created a website and i stored as a folder how do I put it online so anybody can visit? Please help

Well if you have a static site which won't run any script on server side then you can use GitHub pages. Even I'm hosting my own static site - www.ramg1.net on GitHub for free. Follow this link - http://docs.pinegrow.com/misc/host-html-website-github-pages-free You can even use your custom domain but for that usually you have to pay.

If you dont have a static page, you should store it in a server(paying), they will give you an ip. Then you can change that ip to something.com (paying again), although some hosting services offer storage and a domain name as a pack.
