adding c programming language in tutorial menu

c programming language is the starting point of learning programming language. Beside by archiving this skill others will be easy to understand.

I agree with @Michelle even though I do not understand their choice ... As lots of people come here seeking for C course, they should at least give us an explanation !
It is their right not to do so but it would be so nice of them ^^
