Can I merge Ruby/Python with HTML+ CSS and Java/JavaScript (Task Automation purpose and Artificial Intelligence).

Question

I want to create a software and an Android app using HTML5 + CSS3 and Java. Then create an automotive script using Ruby or Python.
I really want to use this languages together for task automation purposes.
or is they an alternative languages I can use to create this Task automation software and mobile app.

I think you could do that but please don't! For the android app, use xml and java and for web use html, css and JavaScript wich is NOT the same as java, and finally use python for desktop.
