Full Stack DevOpses are 'GOD LEVEL' programmers, also Programing Language Architectors (those guys, who develop programing languages) and anyone who has made something ENTIRELY new, like developers of AI when the idea of AI was born.

it would cool to use these levels as filters, a post could be kicked up or down by the community (not by the author). Also have a level 0 where if it stays there for 30 days, gets deleted.

I know many things, but concrete implementation of them on only one language (can you guess what is it?). My knowledge is too abstract in most of the cases, which puts me to just 'Backend'.
