Use a specific id for your paragraph:
<p id="first_paragraph"></p>

Use a tag as follows to point to the above mentioned paragraph:
<a href="#first_paragraph">Introduction</a>

If user clicks on the text "Introduction", it'll take him to the linked paragraph
