Not gonna make one, just wondering how they are made without affecting the creators device

constantly compiling and exporting to another device or VM, sounds like its extremely tedious

especially accidentally running on developing device

a kill switch is unlikely, as that could trace back to the creator, when reversed engineered

just a cyber security question
