How hard is it to program a robot?

Question

I know it depends on the robot itself but can someone share their experience. If I finish the c++ course here in sololearn will I be able to program a complicated robot?
I also want to hear about your experience with a robot-project.
Anything will help as I am relatively new.

If you want to program complicated robots you'll need more than programming. You also need to know some math depending on the complexity of the robot. What kind of robot do you want to program?
