I think i should do java script than Php but will i do Sql after that or not ?

You might wanna start with JavaScript instead of PHP, basically, JavaScript is pretty essential in Web Programming although the usages are different and it's better if you can cover both of them, but JavaScript is easier to learn and can prepare you for further study.
Whether you wanna learn SQL or not depends on the fields you want to study, for example if you want to learn Front End Web development you might not need SQL.

I think that you should start on JavasScript instead of Php because you will use more JS if you are into webdevolopment, witch seems to be the case, but you can always start on Php when you have finished the JavaScript course.
