*Just start html course , complete it .
Then make your first static website.
*Start CSS , complete it.
Make your first responsive website.
*Start js , complete it.
Then make your first dynamic website.

I will suggest starting by understanding HTML, just with it you can make web pages, it is not a difficult language. When you're good with it you can start with CSS which is useful to improve the page style (to see it nicer) and then to add more functionality you can learn JavaScript and with it you can use Jquery and Bootstrap.

In summary, learn HTML, that'll open the doors to other things. :)
