How to get a telegram user name from website automatically when user sign up ?

Is this possible to get a user name automatically from my website ? Actually I have a user and they can write a post. Also they are in my telegram group. So I want to make this. If any user post in the website then automatically telegram bot send the user name of the user and the post in my telegram group. Is this possible to make ?
