Can i learn c++ with no knowledge of any programming language,how long would it take me to learn it?

I've been wondering if I could learn C++ because I dont have any prior knowledge of any programming language, I'm just a new boy. How long do you think it will take me,or it's just an impossible dream to learn c++ without no basic skills of any other language

you can learn any language with no prior understanding od a programming language. if you can, go on and learn it. after you have reached intermediate level, you will find other languages easy. but note, its almost impossible to reach mastery of a programming language!

C++ was my first language. I you have some determination c++ can be your first language ;)
