Can one code a website by/on phone?

Question

Its a bit hard for me to practice my coding on a computer since I don't have one and can't visit the library daily. I would like to know if its possible for me to code a website on my phone and are there any useful text/code editors in the app store?

these r some text editors which may help to type in few codes n make webpages...
but practically to b able to check page's responsiveness n behavior...
Phone isn't sufficient.

try using webmasters html pro, or codecademy.

Ted Code Editor(No Ads) and Chrome or Firefox Browser.

Save your html file in sdcard as my-web.html

In web browser input, type:
file:///sdcard/my-web.html

Good luck to see Hello World in browser. :)

I'm using android to write offline apps/websites. No need servers, clouds or whatever. Android apps sucks. Basic Calculator apps with ads!!! So, I made my own calculator app. HTML+CSS+Js are enough to make working apps in android as long as you has web browser.
