How can i import a dataset in python from the link below ( in description ) ?

i wanna import this data set here in solo learn and use describe() function using python . Actually in data sience learning section i saw solo learn imported a csv file and described it , i wanna do the same with this link here . I'll be glad for your participate , plz let me know about your experience

Copy the file into your dropbox, then you should be able to import the database into sololearn from your dropbox using the steps provided in Data Science.

I did something similar using R about 12 months ago, so it should work
