Issue in populating data

When user enter the bug ID(primary key) and click on fetch data it should popup the details of the bug row in web form in their respective fields from the spreadsheet named Database. it is identifying the row and showing the data but it is not populating the information could any one check the populatingFields function and come up with the changes required
