Ethical Hacking?

I'm starting out in ethical hacking mainly for cyber security (and to mess with my friends) I have understanding of HTML and still continuing Java, Javascript, and Python. What other courses are good for understanding Ethical hacking?

Not a course in particular but, if you can get Kali Linux on your machine, either virtual or partitionned, you will have access to 100's of scripts that do all kinds of pen testing for you. Getting to know how to use those will surely help you in creating your own.

I already have Kali But I just don't know where to start in pen testing, I knowing asking for help on here is not the best option but this is something that I'm really devoted to so can you suggest anywhere I can start?
