Which audiobook/podcast and why

I am thinking to start listening to one of those podcasts that are meant for programmers. I suppose it is a nice way to use the time efficiently while driving. What is your experience in that? As someone who is rather inexperienced in coding which one should I begin with. I am aware that the best way to learn is hands-on. But having to commute several hours each week, I find the idea quite exciting. What's your take on it?

I just started to listen "How to program with java" podcast by Trevor Page . It is for beginners and can help when you do not have time to use your eyes.
