3D game graphic like a simcity by ea games and multiplayer map, like goodgame embire. I mean you can visit your kingdom in 360° and show all people who play this game on the map. The map is 2D and the other kingdoms will images on this map. When you make a big clan with other people on map will show limits of the klan like country limits. Do you understand this? I think, you can start learn html, javascript and css, but this will be more simply on unity.
If 3d graphics are tricky, we can do the kingdom, like a clash of clans - with much png pictures.
