Try making simple number, word, or card games, like guess the number/word, War, bar dice, trivia, etc.

For C# there is a good/free introductory course on Microsoft Virtual Academy. It also teaches some basics of Visual Studio.

you can search a lot of exercices on the internet or you can make a "self challenge" think an objetive and code it! hahaha (this is a good way to improve yourself, it will obey you to search, practice and learn new stuff).

i can give you a little c# console app exercice 1.Print all the numbers of a bi dimensional array with the columns and rows as you want, 2.then sum all the numbers in a row and print them. you can find the answer in my codes
