What programming languages i have to learn to at least get a job programming

It really depends on the type of job you are looking to get into.
If you want to be a front-end developer, you'll want to study HTML, CSS and JavaScript at the minimum. Adding a framework in is even better to show what you can do. (Angular, React, Vue.js)
If you want to be a back-end developer, (and this can vary widely as well) but I would recommend SQL for database queries, and depending on the stack you want to work in Java or C#, Python is another option. It would be worth the effort to check a lot of sources for tutorials and training.
Last bit of advice is practice it. There are tons of small tutorials online, work through the tutorials, expand on them and then put them in a free Git repository. Employers can look at your repositories and see exactly what caliber of code you are bringing to the table.
You don't have to be a master of any language starting out, but get comfortable and familiar with whatever code base you are choosing and stick with it until you understand it.
