Why we don't get anything when challenge declined?

Question

When we challenge someone and if that person rejects the challenge... we get no XPs. but that's not fair right? we should at least get XPs for answering questions? Sololearn need to fix this!!!

If you get XPs for rejected/declined challenge, you will target members who don't want challenging, or inactives account... for ( too much ) easy XP's :P
