brother i know about html and weak at css and little bit know about javascript . i want a coach like a client that give me a deadline and want something to create . coz im so lazy :( and just new so i want to create something new and small. some give me proper guide too like a teacher ...

no mam I can't guide like a teacher, but yes as a friend of course ;)
what you can do is, create basic pages for your portfolio, having menu like home, about me, contact etc and on every page write something meaningful or anything. and use some CSS to style these pages, don't worry even your style is not good.
just create pages and for basic pages you don't need JavaScript, implement html, css properly then move to javascript.
there are no mean to learn everything and cant implement anything.
so do html thing, try to use css. and then ask me what to do next.
have patience. .things will work for you ;)

in starting no one knows anything much, its ok to people make fun..they can't do anything themselves so they make fun of others.
share your work..take suggestions from people. .implement it and improve your work.
