Need help in my project coder decoder version 2

Inspite of having correct code I am not able to succesfully run my project coder decoder version 2 because of caracter limitation of cmd prompt to take strings.
If you interested in answering my question then you can that program in my codes. Sorry for my bad english and thanks in advance.
