after getting certificates from these courses, can we do up work jobs with better chances?

It depends on how will you to develop your skills. Will you be able to create a good site after finished HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL courses ?

The SoloLearn give you an excellent introduction in these subjects, but certainly you will need more.

My advice is that you:

>> always read the comments in the section you're learning
